This Policy explains how Dolese Tech (registration no. 705039) ("DolesePay", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the DolesePay wallet and related services. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and only as needed to run the Service.

• Identity and contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Verification (KYC) data: legal name, ID type and number, and submission date, where you choose to verify.
• Transaction data: deposits, transfers, payment requests, withdrawals, amounts, timestamps, and references.
• Payment data: mobile money number and the crypto asset/network/address used for a top-up.
• Technical data: device and log information used to secure the Service and prevent fraud.

We do not store your full password in readable form (passwords are hashed), and we do not take custody of your card or bank credentials.

• To create and operate your wallet and process your transactions.
• To verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations.
• To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud and abuse.
• To provide support and send you service notifications (e.g. deposit received, money received).
• To improve the reliability and security of the Service.

We share personal data only as needed, including with:

• Payment partners who process your top-ups and withdrawals (for example mobile money aggregators such as Selcom, and crypto payment processors such as NOWPayments), strictly to complete your transactions;
• Regulators, law-enforcement, and other authorities where required by law;
• Service providers who help us run our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and thereafter for as long as required to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations (for financial records, this is typically several years). When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymised.

We protect your data with measures including hashed passwords, encrypted connections, access controls, and an auditable transaction ledger. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your OTP and password confidential and tell us of any suspected compromise.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate details (you can update your profile in Settings).
• Request deletion of your account and data, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where the law allows.
